1. Student Management
– Key in, update and maintain student details.

2. Class Management
– Identify eligible sensei from sensei database, confirm their availability and assign to new classes.
– Manage telegram groups
– Ensure students receive necessary materials for class
– Prepare, update and monitor necessary online documentation/links for every class
– Provide class orientation host with relevant class details
– Liaise with class sensei on preparations for physical classes.
– Students’ assignments & test results must be updated in a timely manner.

3. Sensei Management
– Prepare and submit sensei claims in a timely manner.
– Assist sensei with their issues or enquiries.
– Sensei evaluation must be done monthly and submit to HOD in a timely manner.
4. Office Upkeep
– Ensure pantry stock and cleaning supply is always available.
– Office cleaning must be done once every month by the whole team.

– Prepare and submit relevant documents for petty cash request.
6. Organize Events
